Preliminary Short Abstract Submission

Important points to note while submitting the Preliminary Short Abstract:

A non-refundable abstract fee of 3000 INR (50 €) per abstract has to be paid by credit card upon submission.
Preliminary Short Abstracts will not be published. These will be the basis for acceptance of the contribution (oral or poster) by the organizing committee.
Theme under which the contribution is being submitted should be clearly indicated.
While submitting abstract please indicate (i) whether the abstract is intended for oral or poster presentation and (ii) name of the presenting author
Once accepted, delegates must prepare a Final Short Abstract and Long Abstract for publication before the conference.

Preliminary Short Abstract Preparation Guidelines

Text formatting should be 10 point, Times New Roman font. The short abstract should include the following.
Submitting and/or Senior Author surname, plus initials;
E-mail address for senior author or E-mail address of the corresponding author
TITLE of manuscript and/or presentation to be in CAPITAL LETTERS.
Authors in order of seniority, separted by commas with last name first followed by abbreviations for common names (without spaces or periods) e.g., Grant*DB, Foster ADR, MacDonald KM and Kuntz ZX. Place a star after the name of the Presenting author;
Summary Address of authors: include company/university, city, country only;
Abstract text: limit of 500 words.
No tables, illustrations or photos. No references or citations.
Authors accepted for the conference must also submit a long abstract of their oral and/or poster presentation
